U5 & U6 Academy Sessions
**Beginning In August **
Fall 2010 Beginning in the Fall of 2010, BSC will run a U5 Coed Academy for players who will be turning 5 between August 1, 2010 and July 31, 2011, AND U6 Boys and U6 Girls Academies for players who will be turning 6 between August 1, 2010 and July 31, 2011.
Previously, U6 players made up the first year players in the "Passers" division. Due to the change in adding the Academy, the Passers Division will no longer exist. The U7 players that made up the second year players in the Passers division will combine with the U8 players in the "Jr. Wings" division.

Concept The Academy format is different than the normal team format. Rather than players being separated onto teams with one or two coaches, all players train together as a group, using stations with different activities. The stations are run by one or more parent-coaches. Each meeting of the Academy will consist of 4 stations of activities followed by small-sided games. The games will be played by randomly made teams, coached by volunteer parent-coaches.
